You can download our submissions form on our forms page. Please include that form with each loan submission in order to expedite the processing of your loan.
Electronic file
Submissions can be uploaded into our system after logging into the homepage. For questions on this procedure, please contact Carmen or Janette at Toll Free (866) 607-3863 or (702) 562-9770. Submissions may also be emailed to submissions@directequitylv.com. Please email your LOS file as a Fannie Mae 3.0 export or higher. Use the password 1234 if required.
Hard copy of file
In addition to the electronic file, we will also need a hard copy of the file. Please provide us with the file by one of the following options:
